This business has a great way of working. It sells shoes to the public and for every shoe sold then a pair of shoes is given away. This is a great idea because there is lot of people out there that like to be charitable but would also like to receive something for being charitable. Toms shoes pretty much works off that because people like the idea of being able to buy something for themselves while being charitable at the same time.
